ATB Week 4

Week 4 (8 miles / 12.8 km) – February 2, 2020

This weeks run covers the 8 km Northshore east loop and a shortened 3 km Northshore west loop.  You get to head back to the park after you reach Plains Road.

Just remember to turn right at Plains Road, not left or you’ll be doing more mileage.
