ATB Week 1

Week 1 (5 miles / 8 km) – January 5, 2020

This week we introduce you to the Northshore east loop.  This five (5) mile loop is one of the routes that we will use to get our mileage in over the rest of the training runs.

Start the run going east on Townsend Avenue, down Frances Road and back to LaSalle park along Northshore Bolivard running the same direction as you will on race day.
