After a few years absence, I will be hosting the FREE Around the Bay training clinic in 2020.
Instead of running Friday evenings, we are switching to Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM
The weekly clinics are geared towards the first time Bay runner but we welcome runners of all abilities who wish to improve upon their times with training focused on the Northshore hills section of the Around the Bay course.
We run every Sunday morning out of the LaSalle Park parking lot in Burlington, leaving at 9:00 AM sharp!

Week 1 (5 miles / 8 km) – January 2, 2015
This week we introduce you to the Northshore east loop. This five (5) mile loop is one of the routes that we will use to get our mileage in over the rest of the training runs.
Start the run going east on Townsend Ave., down Frances Rd. and back to La Salle park along Northshore Blvd. running the same direction as you will on race day.
