Week 10 (16 miles / 25.4 km) – March 15, 2020
Note: This traditionally is the only training run not done from La Salle Park. We usually have a driver, water and snacks for a supported run on Saturday morning.
We start at Dundurn Castle parking lot and run to the Snack Bar (and washrooms) on the Burlington Beach Waterfront Trail path and back again. Keeners will be encouraged to run out and turn around at the lighthouse at the end of the canal pier if the footing permits.
This is the time to try out all your race clothing and your nutrition plan. Do what you will be doing on race day.
