ATB Week 8

Week 8 (13 miles / 20.8 km) – February 24, 2017

Note: This is a taper weekend for Burlington Chilly Half Marathon participants. Please run the Week 1 (5 mile / 8 km) route.

The Valley Inn Road section is usually pretty dark, please bring head lamps or flashlights as the footing can be tricky on this bit.

This week’s run is a combination of the five (5) mile Northshore East (with about three miles  extra – added by running to the stop light at Joseph Brant Hospital parking lot and the OPP station) and the seven (7) mile Northshore West loops.
