ATB Week 5

Week 5 (10 miles / 16 km) – February 9, 2020

Note: This is a taper weekend for The Grimsby Half Marathon participants. Please run the Week 1 (5 mile / 8 km) route.

Are you tired of the east loop yet?  This week’s run is both the five (5) mile east and west loops, without the Cemetery or Valley Inn Road hills.  Lucky you, eh?

Just make sure you turn left at the second Brook View Avenue (yeah, it loops around), or you’ll be running Cemetery hill any way.
