ATB Week 11

Week 11 (7 miles / 11.2 km) – March 22, 2020

The Valley Inn Road section is usually pretty dark if you are running at night, please bring head lamps or flashlights as the footing can be tricky on this bit.

Taper week. WOOT!

Run the same route seven (7) mile Northshore loop as we did in week 3.  This week, challenge all the hills on the route.  Push them hard and take a walk/recovery break at the top. Do the rest of the run at an easy, recovery pace
