The Valley Inn Road section is usually pretty dark, please bring head lamps or flashlights as the footing can be tricky on this bit.
Note: This is race weekend for the Burlington Chilly Half Marathon participants (Sunday, March 5, 2017).
This week is another variation of the usual east and west routes, mostly along the race route. This time the first part is east on Northshore Blvd., past the Hospital and onto the Waterfront Trail. The turnaround there is at the snack bar. Retrace your route and complete the modified seven (7) mile Northshore West loop to get this weeks mileage in. Run to the top of Valley Inn Road Hill, touch the stop sign and return along the usual route back.
